APPOINTMENTS

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you. I understand that life sometimes throws us for a loop and schedule adjustments are necessary, I require a 48 hour cancellation notice to have enough time to fill your spot. 


I confirm all appointments via text and/or email, and send out appointment reminders. Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

SCHEDULING

I recommend scheduling your next appointment ahead of time to ensure you receive the best date and time for your services. Deposit is required to reserve an appointment and You will be asked to provide a credit card to complete online booking. All credit cards are safe and secure in our system. Our system complies with current data protection regulations.

CANCELATIONS

If you have made an appointment for which I have to buy hair extensions, then the last cancellation for a full refund is 14 days prior to time of appointment. If you cancel within 14 days of the appointment, no refund will be issued.

If you have made an appointment for which I don’t have to buy hair extensions, the last cancellation for a full refund is 48 hours prior to time of appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued.

RESCHEDULE

The deposit can be retained by rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Deposits for appointments that are not rescheduled, or rescheduled within the 48 hours, are subject to loss.

If you cancel an appointment that was previously rescheduled, for which I had to by hair extensions, no refund will be issued.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Service: If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received, I am happy to provide you with the opportunity to return for a correction of the service. The only qualification I have for providing a service correction is that you communicate this with me within 7 days of the original service appointment.

 

There will be an adjusted charge for a redo if the guest requests a different “Look” or service than was originally asked for by that Guest.


Products: Purchases of care products and accessories are final. No refunds will be issued. Replacements may be sent once return of the original product has been made on the expense of the customer. 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, Venmo, and all major credit cards: Master Card, VISA, Discover & AMEX. Your credit card is required to book an appointment and pay for the deposit. The deposit will serve as a down-payment for the total cost of you service.  

 

Cash tips are preferred but not required. 

ACCOMPANYING GUESTS

No accompanying guests without prior consent. 

 

PETS

I have two small dogs in the studio, please leave your pets at home. Service animals are welcome. If you wish to not interact with my dogs, please let me know and I will keep them in another room.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected about clients is not shared with any other organization. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

What - We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; e-mail address; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

How - When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

 

Why - We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
1.    To provide and operate the Services;
2.    To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
3.    To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
4.    To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 
5.    To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

 

Storage - Dread Vibez is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

Contact - We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Updates - We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
