I respect your time and I need you to do the same with my time. For your appointment to be confirmed, a deposit needs to be paid. The deposit will count as a down payment towards the total amount you will pay for me to do your hair.
Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy
If you have made an appointment for which I have to buy hair extensions, then the last cancellation for a full refund is 14 days before the appointment. If you cancel within 14 days of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
If you have made an appointment for which I don’t have to buy any extensions, the last cancellation for a full refund is 72 hours before the appointment. The last cancellation for 50% refund is 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
The deposit can be retained by rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment time. Deposits for appointments that are not rescheduled within seventy-two hours are subject to loss.
Dreadlock services are billed by the hour, and appointment lengths are approximations. Length of appointment varies depending on factors not always determinable beforehand. You are responsible for all billed hours, to be paid in full at the conclusion of each appointment (Venmo, Card, or Cash). Gratuity is appreciated at your convenience.
