Non-Refundable Deposit

I respect your time and I need you to do the same with my time. To honor Your commitment for our agreed upon time I ask that you pay a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will count as a down payment towards the total cost of your dreadlock service. No Exceptions.

Cancellation

NO DEPOSIT REFUND will be issued for cancelled appointments.

Rescheduling

The deposit can be retained by rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Deposits for appointments that are not rescheduled, or rescheduled within the 48 hours, are subject to loss. An appointment may be rescheduled ONCE, or the deposit will forfeit, and a new deposit will be required for a new appointment.

Communication

PLEASE respond to my personal TEXT confirmation that I send the day before your appointment.

All rescheduling or cancellations MUST be communicated via dreadvibezstudio@gmail.com or text 720.702.1420.  PLEASE ensure you receive a response from me, or deposit will forfeit. Do not reply to automated booking confirmations.

No Call / No Show - Appointment cancelled and deposit forfeited after 15min.
